By operation of the latest technology, i.e. a 42'' Plasma Display, new ways for the design come up. The result is a futuristic machine which will be immediately identified as a pinball. This has resulted in functions and features which had only been existing for touch screen terminals so far. Operators will have the possibility to connect the terminals to the ChampionsNet* and to use following features:
- A national and international high score list
- Linked tournaments
- Online software updates
- Online Terminal Management (OTM)
The big Plasma display is perfect for placing advertisement. The necessary advertisement pages can easily be transmitted online. ChampionsNet is a network for SILVERBALL entertainment terminals by TAB-Austria free of charge for several years now. 17,500 terminals are presently registered.
In the future operators will be able to update the software which makes a great protection on the investment. The first update is already being developed and will make it easier for the operator to keep the Virtual Pinball more attractive for the player. Without big efforts and without transport of the terminal you can offer new things to the pinball inspired guests. Another advantage of the software updates is players can play multiple game on the one machine.
Technical details:
- The cabinet of Virtual Pinball is entirely made of metal. This gives the terminal the perfect stability to meet the requirements in arcades and other operator sites.
- The 42" Plasma Display which forms the digital surface impresses by its quality and robustness. An ingenious cooling systems makes it possible to operate the display in flat position.
- The installed PC system enables impressive 3D graphics and offers sufficient performance.
- The installed TILT and shock sensor gives the Virtual Pinball the necessary feeling. The player can influence the run of the ball by bumping the Virtual Pinball or the terminal can be set in the "TILT" condition, like in the good old days.
