Sammy Still Hungry!
After being alluded at in recent Stingers, well placed sources confirm that Sammy is considering a closer involvement with SNK owner Playmore, and that the ATOMISWAVE could be the new target platform for SNK titles. The Stinger also sheds light on the smouldering SEGA merger considerations look to be restarted, and why Namco was and is off their merger menu due to financial advice.

New Classification for Simulation - Soon!
Having broken the news regarding possible difficulties with the application of the BACTA ADIPS designation over two-seat simulators, the Stinger has been given exclusive details on the scope of the issues involved and some of the ramification for operators. The questions are: 1. has an unfair and possibly loophole in the classification of new motion experiences seen unfair expenditure for manufacturers of certain systems, and 2. Will the ADIPS gathering end up treating motion simulators like theme park rides, with a costly inspection and enforcement regime?
