TIMEZONE Awarded Top FEC

Mr Mariano Quesada, General Manager for the Timezone Family Entertainment Centers in the Philippines, has been invited to accept a 2003 National Consumers Quality Award (NCQA) at the 19th Annual People's Choice Awards to be held on July 19, 2003 at the UP Theater with Gloria Arroyo, Philippines' President, as Keynote Speaker. Timezone has been awarded Top Family Entertainment Center. "We are thrilled to receive this award because a large part of the criteria to receive it is based on public opinion – it shows us that Timezone is providing quality entertainment to our customers and that's what really matters in the end!"

The NCQA (or the Annual People's Choice Awards) is a grand tribute conferred by the National Consumer Affairs Foundation (NCAF) jointly with People's Choice Awards Committee and Media Power Inc., on "Quality Consumer Products, Services, Companies and Manufacturers," as well as Outstanding Achievers from entertainment, business, public service, education, sports and other major professional fields of endeavour, based on the product features or quality, contribution to consumers or public service, public opinion, survey and pricing. Open public nomination followed by random consumer survey and research, as well as opinion polls are conducted to determine the awardees, the results of which serve as the bases of the final selection of NCQA awardees.
