AmEx 2006 Announces Free Admission & Free Seminar Programme!

AmEx 2006 - The 27th Irish Amusement & Gaming Trade Exhibition, will be held at the newly refurbished Lynch Green Isle Hotel, Dublin on Tuesday 7 and Wednesday 8 March 2006. Opening hours will be from noon to 6 pm both days. All the latest information about AmEx 2006 will be available at Stand NS1, adjacent to the News Stands at ATEI 2006 in London from Tuesday 24 to Thursday 26 January. The stand is located at the front left of Earls Court 1, facing the Konami stand, near the Information & Catalogue Desk.AmEx 2006 will see the return of international technical guru, Randy Fromm, who will conduct a series of seminars under the banner "TechFest Ireland 2006". These will be aimed at technicians and others involved in the repair and maintenance of coin-op equipment. Seminars will include such subjects as the repair and maintenance of monitors and touchscreens, coin and note acceptors, hoppers and other payout systems and general troubleshooting tips and emergency procedures to keep your equipment operational. Although there will not be any charge for taking part in the seminars it will be necessary to register as there are a limited number of places available. The seminars will be held from 1pm to 2pm and from 3pm to 4pm both days. In addition to the free seminar programme there will not be any admission charge to AmEx 2006, to celebrate the 21st anniversary of the publication of Coin-Op News.
