UltraCade Technologies, manufacturer of classic multi-game video machines, announced this week that it received approval from the State of Washington Gambling Commission to operate its Breeders' Cup – Tournament Edition game, including the game's Tournament Network throughout the state of Washington. In June of 2005, an installation of UltraCade Technologies Breeders' Cup – Tournament Edition coinoperated horse racing game was placed in Seattle WA. Soon thereafter the state's gambling commission's agents requested a formal review of the game to verify that the game did not violate the state's gambling laws."The people at the State of Washington commission were very open to reviewing our product with us, and confirming test results, which certify that Breeders' Cup is a game of skill," said David R.
