Cirsa enters into alliance with Olivetti en route to a Public Offering

The Large Spanish Group Cirsa have sold 4.9% of their company to the Italian communications and technology company Olivetti for around 81 Million Euros. This new alliance will enable Circa to further their desire for new technologies in which to adapt and incorporate in to the industry.

This will also no doubt have a very beneficial effect on their share price when the company is floated on the Spanish stock exchange.
