Interesting initiatives are currently being staged by trade association SAPAR, whose members include over 1,500 manufacturers, resellers and owners / managers of amusement machines. Pursuing its objective of making the public aware of responsible gaming, SAPAR has adopted a Code of Ethics - an important step in the context of standardisation that the sector is finally undergoing as far as 'Paragraph 6' Machines are concerned. SAPAR chairman Paolo Dalla Pria explains, "The Code of Ethics we have approved and adopted does not only regard association life, but also - and above all - the necessary behaviour of member companies in the course of their activity".
