EndX Group Acquires iView Systems

EndX Group announced recently that it has acquired iView Systems, a provider of security and surveillance solutions for the gaming and corporate security marketplace. The product and market synergies of EndX and iView Systems within the international gaming environment and other vertical markets, makes this a welcome acquisition that will enable EndX to grow within its existing markets, move into more diverse markets and further expand its product range. The further opportunities created by the distribution relationship with EndX were readily apparent at this year's ICE (International Casino Exhibition) show in London, UK, where iView's products were introduced to the European marketplace by EndX. iView's product line was a big hit at this year's ICE show and according to the company, the interest shown by operators in Europe has been phenomenal. EndX said this came as no surprise, considering the big casino customers are already using iView's products in North America, including Foxwoods Resort Casino, Mohegan Sun, Borgata and the British Columbia Lottery Corporation.

It was a natural step for EndX to acquire iView and bring the entire product range under one ownership.
