Fantasy Entertainment Files Suit Against Kum Yang Company Limited

Fantasy Entertainment recently filed a lawsuit against Kum Yang Company Limited for copyright infringement. Fantasy Entertainment claim that Kum Yang's product "Gogh's Workroom" infringement too much on the intellectual property rights of their product "Portrait Studio". They are currently requesting a injunction barring Kum Yang's distributors/affiliated companies from infringing their registered US copyrights.
"Portrait Studio" which is patented to Fantasy Entertainment under U.S. Patent #6.021.417, are claiming this injunction under the grounds "method of simulating the creation of an artist drawing or painting and device for accomplishing same." Fantasy Entertainment has also placed this disclaimer(pictured on the left of this story) on their "Portrait Studio" product page.
