GameCom/Ferris Complete There Merger with a New Company Name

After much delibrating the board of directors for GameCom/Ferris have decided to change the corporate name to VirTra Systems, Inc. "Since acquiring Ferris Productions in September of 2001, we have sought to develop a name consistent with the company's business plan," commented L. Kelly Jones, GameCom/Ferris' chief executive officer. "After a great deal of deliberation and discussion, we have chosen VirTra Systems, Inc. as the new corporate name. We believe this name reflects the course we have charted for the company's future, and represents us to the investment community as neither an Internet company nor a video games developer."The company will complete the regulatory filings relating to the name change, including applying to the NASD for a new "ticker" symbol, as quickly as practicable. CEO Kelly Jones went on to say "We are very pleased with "VirTra Systems," and trust you will be as well. Although it is not necessarily intended to have any specific meaning, "VirTra" was derived from virtual training. We thought about more descriptive names such as "Virtual Technologies," "Virtual Training," and the like, but found those names too restrictive for the company's future opportunities. We also like "Systems," in that we no longer simply sell products; rather, we sell complete solutions for a client's particular
application.
"Around May 15th. We will need to formally amend our articles of incorporation. We
have requested a new CUSIP number and a new trading symbol. Additionally, we are developing a new logo, which will be utilized in all of our printed materials. An entirely new website is being developed, and we have secured and will implement a new domain."
