Incredible Technology Ships Golden Tee Live 2014 Today

The first shipment of the much-anticipated course update, Golden Tee Live 2014 from Incredible Technologies, is shipping today, Monday, Sept. 23. "In one day, more than 11,000 updates will ship to thousands of amusement operators across the country who are primed and ready to install the new game into their game cabinets, at the delight of legions of avid game players, the factory enthused."As we reported earlier, many sneak peeks and leaks found their way onto the internet prior to shipping and fuelled the hype for the update.
"Preorder sales have been exceptional this year," said Don Pesceone, VP of Amusement Sales. "Golden Tee updates always rejuvenate earnings and operators want to catch the wave early. Preorders for their entire route get them into the AwesomeDraw raffle for amazing prizes too!"
The Golden Tee LIVE 2014 courses have been created to appeal to the widest player base possible. "We employed some innovative data-mining techniques this year to determine what players like most," said Jim Zielinski, Golden Tee's master course designer. "The results are perhaps the most playable courses we have ever made, leaving all of the fun and challenge while minimizing the frustration."
Among its many new features, Golden Tee LIVE 2014 supports vibrant, high definition 1080p graphics, which creates an amazing visual experience. Starting in October, all Golden Tee LIVE 2014 Showpiece cabinets and full kits will ship with a Zotac GeForce GT 640 video card that takes full advantage of this graphics improvement. I.T. encourages operators to upgrade their current Nighthawk hardware "to this affordable video card to take advantage of the vibrant video improvements."
With graphics improvements, new course and new customizations this update has had players barely able to contain their excitement. The much-anticipated update will be arriving with operators in the next day or two, and then the GT madness will begin again.
