Iron Man Pinball at ENADA expo

Stern Pinball has announced that a pre-production sample of their next pinball release, Iron Man, will be exhibited at the ENADA Spring 2010 trade show. The event is currently underway in Rimini, Italy and will run until the 20th of March.

Iron Man is based on the Marvel super-hero comic book character as appeared in the blockbuster Iron Man movie and in the soon to be released Iron Man 2 movie. Iron Man Pinball features speech, art, and dot matrix display images of all of the popular characters, including Tony Stark, Iron Man, Whiplash, War Machine, Rhodey, Iron Monger, Pepper Potts, Black Widow, and many more. The pinball machine also contains songs from the Iron Man movie score.

Pinball players will fight against Whiplash and his ball-catching mechanism, which whips the ball around the playfield. Adding to the challenge is the mechanical War Machine, firing the pinball back to the flippers, and Iron Monger, rising from underneath the playfield to do battle. Iron Man Pinball also features two elevated ramps and lots of multi-ball action.

Production will start late this month so as to be available as the movie is released.
