IT Denied Injunction

Incredible Technologies were denied the injunction they filed last week in a court in Illinois, USA. IT an Illinois based company had asked for a injunction to prevent Global VR a San Jose, California company from producing the video game cabinet "EA Sports PGA Tour Golf" which they believed infringed upon the copyright of their video game cabinet "Golden Tee"

In a ruling handed down this week the court held that "IT had failed to show a likelihood that it would prevail on its claims" In a released press statement Global VR stated "We are pleased, but not surprised, by the court's decision in this case. We firmly believe that IT's claims have no merit and are intended solely to distract and confuse our customers and the industry. We will continue to manufacture and supply our customers with the highest quality, most innovative products in the industry."
