Jersey Jack Posts Photos of The Hobbit Pinball Playfield Update

Jersey Jack Pinball promised during last months IAAPA show that the pinball on display for The Hobbit: Smaug Gold Special Edition Pinball Machine was only a prototype and that syignificant changes were on the way. The update has been confirmed as Jersey Jack posts photos of the new complete machine.The complete redesign of the playfield, which now features a close up image of the powerful and terrifying dragon Smaug (as well as some new 'stonework' in the back), is the biggest change tom come to fruition.
Another change from the edition seen at IAAPA includes the repainted head of the star toy - Smaug, of course. The toy head seen at IAAPA was a completely gold head, which has now been changed to a red skinned dragon head, to be more true to the character, but with some gold dry-brushing to make it stand out.
