Namco America have informed operators about a potential issue with their Jumpin' Jackpot and Jumpin' Fantasy game machines.

The potential issue concerns the 1.25" high platform on the games, which in certain locations may become a possible trip hazard. To solve the problem, Namco America has manufactured a transition extension to the platform that reduces or eliminates any of these occurrences. The transition extension can be obtained free of charge from Namco America or your authorized Namco America Distributor.
