LAI Singapore acquire E-Zone

LAI Singapore has announced the acquisition of the E-Zone group of companies, which operates six amusement outlets in Singapore. The acquisition brings the total number of Timezone outlets in Singapore to 12, a 35% market share.

The acquisition is scheduled to take place on 30 April 08 and will involve renovation, re-branding, equipment upgrading and fitting of Embed card system in all 6 locations.
