Merit discontinues 17 inch Aurora

Merit Entertainment will stop offering its 17 inch Aurora product as of July 1, 2008. The company will instead focus on sales of the 19 inch Aurora countertop, however they will continue to support the 17 inch Aurora into the future.

"With the Aurora, we developed both 17inch and 19inch screens to offer choice to our operators but the market has dictated that the 19inch is what players and locations want," stated Bob Mills, Merit's Vice President of Sales.
