Dutch parliamentary elections will be held on May 15th. In the run-up to the elections, a special election game "Verkiezingsspel" will be available on linked Photo Play terminals as of mid-April. During this humorous game four representatives of the strongest political parties (CDA, VVD, PvdA and Leefbaar Nederland) are to be found amongst 13 possible candidates and then allocated to the correct party.

Anyone not listed on this "electoral roll" must be "cleared off". Besides candidates of other parties, the list will include amusing cartoons of Prince Willem Alexander, of Marco Bosato, who is one of the most famous Dutch singers and Majoor Bosshart, the most prominent representative of the Dutch salvation army.

The second part of the tailor-made Photo Play NET election offer is a respectable market enquiry on possible election results. These statistical research results will be accumulated weekly in the "Politieke Photo Play barometer." 1,500 to 2,000 statements are expected per week giving the Photo Play barometer a more representative meaning than conventional media market surveys during election periods.
