Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 5 DX was released on the 15th December, and includes new cars, four new song tracks and a brand new race course in this deluxe update.The new features include a brand new race course titled 'the Hanshin Expressway No.3-harbor road à Kobe, which is presents the rugged landscape of the uniquely beautiful port city and tourist destination. The city scape is highly characteristic of modern Japan and is the perfect backdrop for a thrilling death-defying race!
The game also features a full soundtrack with four new tracks. All the tracks were produced by Yuzo Koshiro and the titles include 'Fascination', 'Let It Shine', 'Risky Guy', and 'The Race Is On'. A megamix of the four songs was published in a YouTube video by Bandai Namco Entertainment on the 23rd:
