| As of May 8, 2009, substantially all operating assets of Valley-Dynamo, LLC were acquired by a limited partnership controlled by Kelye Stites, owner of Champion Shuffleboard Ltd. Included in the sale are all coin-operated and consumer products under the Valley, Dynamo and Tornado brands. |
